  • Lisbon School District, 2nd Wednesday of each month, 6:00 PM at Lisbon
  • Profile School District, 3rd Thursday of each month, 5:30 PM at Profile
  • Bethlehem School District, 2nd Tuesday of each month, 5:30 PM at Bethlehem Elementary School
  • Landaff School District, 3rd Tuesday of each month, 5:30 PM at Landaff Blue School

SAU 35 Executive Board

SAU 35 Executive Board is comprised of members from each of the school boards including a voting member from the Chairman's board. The Executive Board oversees the operations of the SAU and acts on behalf of the Board members to make decisions throughout the year between the semi-annual Full Board Meetings. Currently the membership is comprised of the following:

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM at the SAU Office with the exception of May and December.

Full Board Meetings for participation of all Board members from the various districts are held on the first Wednesday's of May and December.

All meetings are open to the public.

ANNUAL BETHLEHEM, LISBON, PROFILE SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING POSTPONEMENTS

BETHLEHEM ANNUAL MEETING has been rescheduled and will be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2020 AT 7:00PM. This meeting has been moved to theProfile Jr/Sr HIgh School.
The Moderator has postponed this meeting until the above date by way of one, two week postponement, May 26, 2020 as authorized under RSA 40:4, II(b), 669:1, and 669:1-a.

Community members are encouraged to arrive for 6:45pm to the Profile Jr/SR High School parking lot, for a drive-in movie style meeting. Upon arrival, members will be checked in by the ‘Supervisor of the Checklist’ for voting, from 7:00pm-7:30pm for their School Board members. Voting tabulation will occur during the Annual Meeting. At 7:30pm, the meeting will commence in the parking lot. The moderator, and school board members will be presenting from a designated spot. Community members will be parked, abiding by appropriate spacing. Community members will be able to tune their car radios to a designated FM station to listen to the Moderator and other community members speak about the procedures and warrant articles. At the conclusion of the discussions of the warrant articles, the elected School Board members will be announced. Community members will be asked to vote from their cars on the warrant articles.
The budget presentation, as well as presentations explaining the warrant articles, will be available on the Bethlehem Elementary School Website https://www.bethlehem.k12.nh.us/. Voters are encouraged to review warrant article presentations on the website prior to the meeting.


LISBON ANNUAL MEETING has been rescheduled and will be held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10, 2020 AT 7:00PM.
The Moderator has postponed this meeting until the above date by way of one, two week postponement, May 27,, 2020 as authorized under RSA 40:4, II(b), 669:1, and 669:1-a.

Voting for Board members will take place from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. The meeting will begin at 7:30pm. Lyman residents will enter through the main doors near the office and proceed to the library to vote. Lisbon residents will enter through the gym lobby doors and proceed to the multipurpose room to vote. There will be markings throughout at 6 foot intervals to assist with social distancing. There will be marked seating on the bleachers as well as chairs spaced to allow for social distancing in the gym, where the meeting will take place. We will also have several classrooms set up with video and speakers for anyone who would prefer to be in a location with fewer individuals. In each of the classrooms there will be someone with a handheld radio to communicate questions and vote counts to the moderator.

Temperatures will be taken of everyone entering and masks should be worn. We will provide masks for those who do not have their own.
